Rooted in the love of Jesus Christ 💕-Part 1

Many these days that are involved in active service to the Lord (ministry) are so focused on their self-driven goals and agendas. They are not focused on building the kingdom of God through the ways of truth and the cross of Jesus Christ but their own kingdom and empire by promoting the ways of the self, profit, pleasure and the world. Therefore we must analyze ourselves today in the Holy Spirit before we commit ourselves to ministry or begin doing ministry. Are we rooted and driven in the the love of Jesus Christ? Or Are we driven and rooted by our own self-pride and agendas?

The Bible declares in Jude 1:11-13 AMP
Woe to them (my so called servants) For they have gone the defiant way of Cain, and for profit they have run headlong into the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellion of mutinous Korah (who stood against the way of the truth, the way of the cross of Jesus Christ and the way of self-sacrifice and against the anointed of God). These men are hidden reefs-elements of great danger to others in your love feasts when they feast together with you without fear, looking after only themselves; they are like clouds without water, swept along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted and lifeless; wild waves of the sea, flinging up their own shame like foam; wandering stars, for whom the gloom of deep darkness has been reserved forever.

These servants the Bible declares are uprooted from the love of Christ Jesus and are now operating and rooted in their own personal agendas and ego.

Colossians 2:7 AMP declares
Having been deeply rooted in Him and now being continually built up in Him and becoming increasingly more established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude.

2 Corinthians 5:14-15 AMP also declares
For the love of Christ controls and compels us, because we have concluded this, that One died for all, therefore all died; and He died for all, so that all those who live would no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died and was raised for their sake.

1 Timothy 1:5 AMP also declares
But the goal of our instruction/teaching is love which springs from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

Apostle Paul in the above scriptures teaches us all that we must always be driven and rooted in the love of Christ Jesus in ministry. We must not operate in the flesh, or in our self-egos or agendas or in our own personal human opinions, evil suspicions and human knowledge but in the plans, purposes and ways of God Almighty.
